In these Terms, "499 dhaka", "platform", "site", or "we" refers to the website https://499dhaka.cam and all associated services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform. "Account" means each member's personal registered profile.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply specifically to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative. 499 dhaka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use any service on 499 dhaka. Registration or participation by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. The platform may request a national ID card or other government-issued identification document at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and the balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, it may be cancelled and any associated deposits and winnings may be seized. Notify the support team immediately if any of your information changes.

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If any unusual transaction or suspicious activity is detected, 499 dhaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation. Additional identity verification documents may be requested during this period. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed.

The 499 dhaka welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. After receiving the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

Other promotions such as the weekly deposit festival, Friday reload reward, and cricket bonus each have separate wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the offer details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If any manipulation or exploitation of the bonus system is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Accounts must be fully verified to receive birthday rewards and referral bonuses.

The 499 dhaka VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting from Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% cashback at the Diamond tier.

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically. 499 dhaka reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Submitting a false identity or fake documents.
• Coordinating with other members to influence outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or servers.

If any of the above violations are detected, 499 dhaka may close the account and seize the full balance without prior notice.

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

499 dhaka reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error or incorrect odds created the situation. The platform reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or game engine issue, 499 dhaka will make a decision in accordance with its standing rules. Each game provider's own fair-play policy applies.

8.3 Sports Betting

The outcome of sports events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority (such as ICC or BPL authorities). If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to 499 dhaka's specific policy, which generally involves returning the bet.

14.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. It is advisable to withdraw or clear any balance before closing.

14.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

499 dhaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in cases of breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour. The balance may be forfeited in cases of violation.
